It's clear that the software was created by a team passionate about helping businesses succeed. They go above and beyond to provide support, which adds tremendous value to an already excellent product.
No learning curve, the built-in AI assistant answers all questions clearly. Easy to upload receipts, reports are clear and easy to read.
My experience with them has been great. They're very responsive and helpful. The platform is continuously evolving and improving.
It's been really good. It works a lot like QuickBooks but at a fraction of the price. Definitely give this system a go.
Easy to use and AI features save a lot of time. Love the easy integration! The team are super responsive as well.
Chequing, savings, credit cards, loans, and lines of credit. Each connected account shows its institution, account type, and current balance in one dashboard, and every account feeds transactions into your books.
Plaid typically imports 45–90 days of transaction history when you first connect. For older transactions, upload a PDF bank statement. ReInvestWealth extracts the data and imports it into your account automatically.
Some banks with mandatory 2FA (such as RBC) require you to disable 2FA for the Plaid connection to work, and re-enabling it later will disconnect the account again. If you'd rather keep 2FA on, upload a monthly bank statement instead and your books stay just as current. If you run into issues, contact support. We have bank-specific guides for the most common cases.
Bank connections sometimes expire or disconnect. This is a Plaid limitation that affects all accounting software using Plaid. Go to Bank Accounts, find the disconnected account, and reconnect it. Any transactions missed while the account was disconnected can be backfilled with a statement upload.
Yes. The Plaid connection is made with your bank itself, and your credentials and data are encrypted. Your financial data is stored encrypted in secure Google Cloud data centers, and you can remove a connected account whenever you want.
No. The connection is read-only. It imports transactions and balances so your books stay current, and that's all it can do. Sending or moving money isn't possible through the connection.
You can still bring it in. Create the account by uploading a PDF bank statement, then upload a statement each month to keep it current. Where Plaid is available we recommend it, since transactions then import automatically every day.
No. Statement uploads reconcile against your existing transactions to avoid posting duplicates, fill in anything missing, and can backfill history on both connected and statement-created accounts.
Start free, connect your banks and credit cards securely, and upload statements for anything else. Your transactions import and categorize on their own.
