How can we help?
Support, sales, and partner questions. Start with the one that fits.
I need help with my account
Log in and open Help & Support in the top navigation to submit a ticket. It arrives with your account attached, so nothing needs re-explaining.
I want to talk to a CPA first
Book a free 30 minute call. A licensed CPA looks at where your books are and tells you what it would take to get them up-to-date. It is also step one of the 30-Day Clean Books Challenge.
I am an accountant or bookkeeper
Put your clients on books you can trust, keep the advisory work that pays, and stop chasing receipts every April.
Common Questions
My bank or card will not connect
Which banks connect automatically depends on what each one shares with Plaid, and coverage at smaller credit unions is patchy. Banks that require a security code on every single login cannot hold an automatic connection, so statement uploads are the better route there. From your Bank Accounts page you can upload up to 12 PDF statements at a time, and they reconcile against what is already in your books instead of creating duplicates.
Send us the exact bank name and we will tell you where it stands. If you are adding a second account at a bank you already connected, a duplicate check blocks it by default and we can clear that for your profile.
Only about 3 months of transactions came in
That is expected on a new connection. Most banks hand over up to 90 days, so anything older has to be brought in separately. Upload your older PDF statements from the Bank Accounts page, up to 12 at a time, and they fill in the history without duplicating what is already there. If you have years to bring over, open a ticket and we will help you plan it.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing section of your profile, in a couple of clicks. If you cancel during your first 30 days, you will not be charged at all.
One thing worth knowing: cancelling and deleting your data are two separate actions. Cancelling stops the billing, and your books stay with us until you ask us to delete the profile.
How do I give my accountant access?
Open Settings in your profile and invite them by email under Shared Access. Google email addresses are supported, and you can manage or revoke that access at any time.
Can you help with my business income taxes?
Yes. Your Tax Filing page lists both do-it-yourself and done-for-you income tax options, for self-employed people and for corporations. If you would rather talk through which one fits your situation before choosing, book a call with a CPA and we will walk you through it.
Can I hire a bookkeeper or accountant through ReInvestWealth?
Yes. ReInvestWealth is software built by CPAs and most people run their own books on it, but you do not have to. Book a free 30 minute call with one of our CPAs and they will look at where your books stand and match you with a bookkeeper or accountant who fits your situation and your budget.
Plenty of owners do both: keep the day to day in the software, and bring in a professional to review it monthly or at year-end. You can invite them into your account from Settings under Shared Access.
Send us a message
Built by CPAs, so anything about your books gets a CPA's answer. The more you tell us up front, the fewer rounds of email it takes.
Please keep sensitive data out of this form. No Social Security Numbers, full bank account numbers, or passwords. If we need something like that, we will send you a secure link instead.
