We completely rebuilt Smart Shoebox to dramatically improve accuracy. It now uses more data points when analyzing receipts, and can even search the web for missing merchant details. Previously, uploading your receipts could be done through the app or from your laptop. Now, you can also forward receipts directly to your new Smart Shoebox email address, or set up auto-forwarding so receipts upload themselves.

Luca, our AI financial assistant, is now 4x faster, better at searching government tax websites, and we've also improved our own support docs to make the whole experience that much better. Because Luca has been so popular and helpful, we've extended Early Access until May 2026 so everyone can keep using it as much as they need during tax season.
